From what I have read the 99-00 ecu's will be done via software rather than a board.

I have a ecu with a esl board fitted off of my 1996 classic fitted by duncan at surry rollin rd up for sale if any gud..

I have a 99 uk ecu for sale with an ecutek licence already installed, mapped by Bob Rawle.
150 and its yours and you don't have to pay for a new ecutek licence.
