For those that were not aware.




Check out this thread running in projects on the restoration of this V2 Sti RA .

Never seen anything quite like it!!

Simon had not realised that some of the Welsh section did not know that a comprehensive thread existed in the project section detailing his resto.
I though I'd post up the link as its generated considerable interest amongst quite a few of the guys here.

I was talking with Simon only saturday and admiring the car.


There is something heart-lifting seeing a drivetrain so immaculately clean that you could eat your dinner off it.

Cheers Lee the first stage is getting there, there will still be some trims to change and a few dents to ease out as we go but he foundation will be sorted

Room in your garage over winter there ?

Aye, I still have it Kev.
I usually keep it for weekend blasts and drive a little red pug 106 as a daily drive.

I really appreciate the performance of the Impreza after a few days in a 1124cc Pug.

Mind you that Pug is quite nippy.

I need to pull my finger out and change my avatar picture. The silver blob eye has been gone 16 months now.
