Gold or black wheels on my 05 blobeye sti
Hi all,
Just bought my 05 blobeye sti ppp widetrack Thursday, and I love it to bits
.
I like the original gold multispoke Subaru 17'' alloys it has but seen them painted in black too but what do you think is nicest?
do I keep it original or not?

Could go bronze so there's a bit of contrast?

Well i would go steel grey. It hides brake dust quite well and is a little different to the usual gold, black or gunmetal without being overstated. I think its a great colour anyway.

Yes it works well in the summer when the weather is dry as the car looks cleaner for longer without having to get dirt under your nails!

Getting rid of my OEM gold alloys was a good step personally... I had an opportunity to do a straight swap for these BBSs in silver

There is a lot to be said for silver. People are quick to spray silver, including me, but i really like silver wheels. They look really fresh when clean. On the gold front i have never really been a big fan to be honest.
