A guy who drives a WRX in the Mrs' office had a bit of an experience with a dodgy silver BMW, so I thought i'd just let everyone in the Wales area know!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy's

I was driving home last night at about 9.45pm between Pontypool and Pontnewynydd and a 2 door coupe, 3 series, silver BMW with blue flashing lights in the grill indicating to me to pull over. As I slowed down to pull over, and on second glance, I noticed the driver seemed to be in plain cloths and looked very young. I made the decision at the next roundabout to carry on driving and make my way to the local police station at which point the driver of the silver BMW turned around and headed back the way we came. I have no idea of the clearly fake coppers intentions. However, make sure everyone you know is aware of this. You do not have to pull over if you are unsure instead make you way to the nearest “manned” police station. I have report this incident to the police.

That is shocking So easy to do these days though. I think the government should stop the sale of the blue lights.

Any copper in an unmarked car will have uniform on, and as said in the op you DO NOT have to pull over, just out of the way IF you are making your way to a police station.

Me I`d ring the police and give them the reg, location, and what he was doing then that way if it is police then they know your "coming in", and if it isn`t genuine then a traffic cop near may be able to deal.

But either way not good.
