Roof Vortex Generator... OFF or ON ?
Sort of a Poll Guy's - Do I remove it, obviously I'll be left with a messy roof !!
A, Sort the mess and leave the roof Blue.
B, Wrap the roof in either, Matt Black or "Shiny" gloss Black (if you can get it ?)
C, Leave as is ??
Or
Finish the convertable project

Off Off Off
Don't forget Simon if you do take the vortex generator off it's going to make a right mess of your roof, if removed I'd get the roof repainted or wrapped.

as ty says if you take it off and it's been put on with tiger seal you'll need a respray/wrap when i bought mine it had a roof scoop on it had to get it off the wind noise was horrendous but had to have the roof resprayed as it was a hell of a job getting it off

Either matt black or carbon fibre to match your boot spoiler.

Dont forget the **** that will be left behind if you take it off as the roof will have to be clean and smooth to wrap
Off for me though with Gloss black wrap

Not looking forward to the mess but a Gloss black does sound good to me too - sort of M3ish or is it one of the Mercs that has a gloss black roof ?

The generator is pretty low quality Rich TBH, if it was a good one like Red had on his, I would prob keep it but the CF spoiler is better thank god LOL, so wanted either to wrap the roof and I've seen a small CF lip that runs over the rear window, looks good
and the other bits of CF I have match quite well Mate

Thats fair enough mate, there is a fair difference in finishes to be fair. Seen those lips and they look good.

Off gets my vote, but I am bias. Both CF and matt black wrap will look cool, I'd go with the CF though as it matches the theme you already have.

I remember you warned me about putting it on and the fact it may pop off !! I'm thinking when I start to take it off, it will shatter like that
