Guys,

After close on 6 years as your Wesh RO I feel my time here is done.

I've given notice to Sidc that I will be stepping down at the end of this year i.e tomorrow.

I feel the time is right for me to stand down and let someone else have a bash, fresh approach and all that.

The show season will soon be upon us so the time is right for the new person/persons to have time to "bed in"

I'd just like to thank you all for your fantastic support over the years, sure there have plenty of highs and even a few lows but all in all its been fun
I'm not naming any names but lots of you have given time and effort to make this club "the club to be in" long may it continue

Sorry to hear about your stepping down from the SIDC RO Kev, you have put a lot of time and effort into running a good show on behalf of us sheep worriers.

I sincerely hope that you'll still be attending local SWS meets and you won't become a stranger so to speak.

Thanks again for all your time and personal input into keeping all of us Welsh SIDC members happy.

 

Make sure you still hang around this forum, I'm sure your organisational work will be missed.

Any plans for all the spare time you've acquired?

 

Dylan, I'm not sure that I could afford to give it the time that it deserves, there aren't enough hours in the day as it is.

Besides you all saw my recent rant, I'd end up upsetting more people than keeping them happy.

Didn't see this coming! Thanks for the time and effort you spent at the helm Kev. I've enjoyed every part of being an SIDC and SWS member. Just hope the change of leadership goes a bit more smoothly than last time. Hope you are you still staying in the "Fold", so to speak, and will still be a regular at the meets.

Thats a bit of a shock. But i suppose it's not an easy job to keep up to the standard you have over the past few years. Im sure someone not too far away from you will be up to the job

Sorry to hear to stepped down Kev, but I know what you are probably feeling after finishing MWS last year.

You have always made me feel welcome at all the meets I have been to with you, there are big boots to fill for sure!

I certainly know a few candidates on here who would do a fine job as a replacement... You know who you are!

 

Yep end of the road for me, you can't go on for ever and it's good for others to have a bash.

It will not be something I'll be involved with but I'd suggest you guys need to start to think about looking from within.

 

I think there is only 1 man for the job Mr SSS If he has time obviously
