Cool SWS GAZEBO

Right guys,we have spoken about it before. I was thinking that as we attend a few shows a year where the weather is "dodgy" shall we say How about all chipping in for a club Gazebo? I found this one on Ebay quite cheap

We have one somewhere but it's to big to fit in anyones car!!! we need a member with a wagon/estate leggy or a forester.

Good idea and would only cost about a fiver to each member that attends the shows

just got to be carefull guys on a nice day its great for shade and a good meeting point , but normally if its raining it quite often is windy , japfest last year one took off just missed my supra and ruined the side of an FTO .
the club did have one up but it was right by the hedge out of the wind .
just something to think of .

Ouch, its a valid point.

Calvin, when we raised money for the flag pole I did a few raffles to raise the required funds, its surprising how a pound or two off everyone at the meets mounts up.
Just a suggestion to throw into the melting pot.

I think that some form of insurance might be needed in order to cover liability in case of an accident.

Sorry to be negative but it is worth thinking about.

Well after having a chat at the meet last night we have a gazebo sorted for rallyday cheers Lee. Will leave buying our own till the new year as the show season is almost over will give me time to look in to liability insurance. Im sure if we secure it properly on the patch we have for rallyday we will be fine

Would be worth making some concrete do-nuts, to slide the posts into to stop if doing some backflips and landing on some cars.
