Just to let you guys know if you'd considered it, a mate of mine Huw Weeks based near bridgend has started doing carbon wrap, i popped in today when he did the moose's evo4rs bonnet, he's also done the bonnet on his merc vito and an evo9 and i've seen them both, i've got to be honest but did'nt think it would look very good but it looks very much like proper carbon fibre and he does a cracking job, takes him about 3hrs to apply, he charges £180 for a scooby/evo bonnet witch is cheaper than painting a metalic bonnet and when you consider the wrap costs circa £100 180 is a bargain, he did take some pics so i'll see if he can post them here, he also did some on my belt cover to see how it holds up at under bonnet temps, anyone who's going on next weeks run can see his work on the moose's car then, if anyone wants to contact Huw here's his web site; http://www.weekswork.co.uk

this might be a dull question, but is it just body panels, was thinking the air intake on a newage would look cool wrapped in carbon as would the top belt cover, but they are both plastic....
what do you guys think?

Not sure on the air intake because its quite flexible dont know if it would hold, jarv asked the question today but im not 100% sure what the answer was..

I can't wait to have a look at the results of your bonnet Moose, the finish on the wrap is really good and looks exactly like the real thing.
I am thinking about having a few bits and pieces wrapped myself - belt cover, wing mirrors, intake tract (same as yours) plus some of the dash panels as well.
Can vouch for the quality, looks the dogs danglies.
