Firstly your tickets should start to land on your door mats over the next few days. The club stand will be located in the main paddock, all the info will be in with your tickets

Do not forget to bring them!!


We will have two convoys for the event, one for the show and shiners and one for the club stand as follows :-

The Show and shine convoy will leave Magor services Jct 23A at 6.30am sharp. If you wish to enter please let it be known on arrival so that you can be parked accordingly.

The main convoy for the club stand should look to leave Magor services at 7.15 sharp to arrive at around 8am.
I would advise not to leave it later due to the very high volumes of show traffic, its a busy one!!

I'll be going in the S&S convoy at 6.30 so can someone take the lead for the main convoy and get everyone organised at Magor for your trip over.

Please drive with care around the Castle Combe area as the camera vans will be operating and also the venue needs to be preserved for future events.

Can everybody please ensure that you write your Name,Reg.No. & SIDC membership number on the back of your stand pass before you arrive,then hand it in to Dave T on arrival.Anybody not doing this WILL be refused entry to the club stand.

Those people on the "Japfest stand"you will be directed there from the main gate.

Don't mind doing it but seems a little strong in wording. Don't know my membership number, but renewed the other day. Seems a little strange to take the passes off us though.

Care to find out why kev or is this regarding members buying ticket/passes and then selling them to non-members if they can't make it?
