ITS FINE !!!
As most of you know we had the roller day at ajecs which most of use who put our cars on had not the best results or not what we were expecting to get
as mine was done at surrey RR only a month or so before it would be interesting to see the difference with air temps etc , i thought it would only be around 10 to 15 bhp down as temps were alot warmer than when it was at surrey but it was 50 bhp down and running very lean on the ajec RR so i was told i was gutted
so up to see the boys at surrey RR today and put it on rollers and it was fine it made 10 bhp less than last time i put it on but the temps were much warmer today and i also used tescos 99 instead of shell but its mapped for v power so if i used v power and was colder it would have been near smack on what it made on the first time i hade it done
i have alot of respect for Simon my mapper and the boys at surrey rollers and must thank them for taking the time to check and look at my car at short notice and nice to see people who know what they are doing
so panic over .. it's still a beast
my torque was also very very poor at ajec but today it was almost smack on to what it made first time at surrey so just can't understand what went on at the ajec rr day
thanks again to the guys at surrey RR and jolly green monster

Glad to hear that your car is running fine Lee , just makes you think though how could Ajec Racing have got things so wrong?

just to add the first time i put it on rollers @ surrey RR it made 454.1 bhp and 462.2 ftlb @ 1.5 bar boost with v power plus 20% e85 mix
and made 430 bhp @ 1.5 bar on just v power and it was a cold day
now it was nice and warm at surrey wednesday and it made 446.4 bhp and 460 ftlb @ 1.5 bar on tesco 99 and 20 % mix @1.5 bar
and made 426bhp on just tesco 99 @ 1.5 bar
so give the temps were alot higher and i used tescos 99 and not v power that it is mapped for i think that 10 bhp less or there abouts is spot on
so im happy for now but think i might go twisted after the summer lol

Great news Lee, something definatly wasn't right with the figures at Ajec. Everybody was way below previous figures, just goes to show you shouldn't take everything people tell you as gospel. I wonder why that was, as Dazzy J's Evo made cracking power.
