Default painting calipers

My calipers look a bit sh1te..anybody painted theirs? if so, which paint is best? I know halfrauds do caliper paint as do demon tweeks..or is Hamerite better?

I've used both in the past and found hammerite to be easier to apply and cost half the price of caliper paint.

Plus they do alot more colours

I did mine in RED with High temp engine paint (Halfords stuff) - easier to apply than the caliper stuff and they look good when done - only thing - not a vast colour range, I think they do it in red and blue - it's also lasting well and cleans up a treat

Another vote for Hammerite.
The helfrauds stuff will just be a more expensive copy.

I used the halfords High temp engine enamel (as above) 250ml was plenty for the 4 calipers -

I've always used the proper caliper paint as the finish is a lot better and will last. You also get in the kit the cleaner which IMO is vital part of the process.Hammerite is best kept for painting your rusty wheelbarrow IMO

hammerite all the way been using the stuff for years painted mine almost a year ago and after a quick wash they still look like they where done yesterday
