Jap Fest is on the 15th May this year at Castle Combe.
As some of you know my work involves assisting families who's son's or daughters have been killed or wounded on Military Operations.
The family of Pte Richard Hunt of The Royal Welsh have set up a Charity and are holding an event in Bailey Park in Abergavenny also on the 15th May 2010.
Events | Band Nights | Gala Diners | Auctions
If you want to have a pitch or want to attend let me know and I'll get the organiser (my mate) to send you a pack. There is a cost involved but it is going to Charity.
Cheers
Ian

Gareth,
Unless there are half a dozen then it's not worth it from a monetary point of view.
Unless people want to go as an alternative to "JapFest"?
I can get at least 4 or 5 cars on for free, at the mo there is a fair bit going including bikes and the activities already listed.

I have just secured us a pitch
As an added incentive I have a donation that will be raffled on the day.
It's a signed Liverpool FC Match Ball, with certificate and in a glass case.
Pretty special if you like kissball

As my girlfriends cousin is in Hoochie Mama, and this is a worthy cause it'll be rude not to tag along.

Gareth,
You have to be very careful at some events. The organisers normally sponsor a specific charity and I know that the Richard Burns/Beef Park Charity are well represented at JapFest.
Let me have a look at wht is happening and I'll let you know

Right Chaps.
It's going to cost us £10 per car which I will pay up front. I'll collect the dues on the day or you can paypal me. PM me for the e-mail.
It is a Charity Day and if you want to stick your hands in your pocket and pay more then please feel free to do so
If you watched the programme "Five Welsh Families" the other night on BBC Wales, you will know how much the Event means to me.
Many thanks
Ian
