yes they are 17"
yes they come with the tyres that you see in the pics
Wheels are true and straight
tyres helped me around Castle Combe until a rod snapped....
wheels do show slight wear (i.e. some gold is wearing away..) also a few kurb marks....

Basically, I did a little research on the wheels and according to (http://www.iwoc.co.uk/prodrive2.html), the wheels will not fit on my99/my00 classics with 4 pots.
As I have an my99 with 4 pots, I'm going to have to withdraw my interest. Sorry Phil.

As Phil said, the alloys won't go near my brakes . Did see the alloys and they are worth £100 for the tyres alone! Bargin for someone if they fit.
