For a while now i've been looking into cleaning up my engine bay. It was a part of my car that was letting it down abit. So a couple of weeks ago a pm'd Marky mark on P1woc and ordered a reconditioned inlet manifold as a start, then ordered a few Samco bits.

I gave the enigine a quick clean with some Auto Glym TFR and a jet wash.

Today i went to my mates house to fit my nice new shiny bits

This is how it looked when we started.





After a hour or two we got the inlet manifold out

We then changed all the parts from the old manifold to the new



Now to put it all back together. Bit of a nitemare trying to put everything back to how it was. But in the end we got it right.





Then the final finishing touch for the day, a nice alloy radiator cover from Roger Clarke







JOB DONE

Nah James she's staying now, just got her how i won't it. Still a bit of cleaning to do on the engine but the main things are done now.
