Had a quote Dean its was £270 which is pretty reasonable, but i've been doing a few sums and i don't think i do enough milage to offset the costs. I'll have to leave this little bargain for somebody else. Good luck with the sale though, this should sell itself.

Don't take less than the asking price Dean, my little pug 106 never ceases to amaze me.
I had mine for £300 but with 133K on the clock and much more wear and tear to the body.
I've had 25,000 miles out of mine since may last year and she just about to clock over 158,000

Andy (ACE) MOT'd it at a cost of £270 in March and the alternator went last June which cost £180. I stuck a new tyre on this June. It also had 2 during the MOT

So total cost so far is

300 for car
270 for MOT
180 for alternator
20 for tyre
770 total

If I factor in tax @ £66 per six month and I have taxed it 3 times which totals £198 plus add the 17 months of insurance at approximately £20 per month so also add £340

Makes

300 for car
270 for MOT
180 for alternator
20 for tyre
198 for tax
340 for insurance

1308 grand total. divide that by the 25,000 miles and it totals
5 pence per mile.

Ok I forgot diesel. Add ten pence per mile so 15 pence per mile grand total.

it will easily do 60 mile to a gallon even at todays prices.

Pug 106 diesels are truly unbelievable .

Run it for a year and you have a free car my punto paid for it's self in a year fuel savings alone then I got the other fiat to follow.. it is the way forward.... plus I get to fit in all the small supermarket car spaces now that are always left empty the other way to look at it is simply on a £500 run around you will always re sell it for around the same price.

I did work it out once and the saving i made on fuel alone over a year with the difference in MPG between this and the subaru was ridiculous, paid for the car many times over.
