Its taken me 12 years, but I've finally tracked down the jeweller that left town with some of our jewellery in 1996 (without paying for it) - he's in Carnarfon.

Does anyone know any jewellers in that area? I suspect he'll be working in the same trade as he was in 1996. I have his home address but could do with finding out if / where he works.
