Default Rear disc and caliper needed

I'm hoping that someone can help me out. The driver's side rear caliper on my 2001 GX has seized and subsequently buggered the disc. I've managed to free up the caliper again but i need to replace the disc and caliper asap. Has anyone got one lying around that i could buy, or suggestions of somewhere i can them pretty cheap?

Cheers, Phil.

Phil your going to be struggling to find one of a GX bud that much I do know, I've not even come accross anyone of the sport forum upgrading GX rears sorry to say. Have you looked on fleabay at all ? I'm not sure what else to suggest than trying to find one being broke if it's a second hand route you wish to take.

I've got the standard rears off my classic would they fit ? I'm not sure ?

Thanks for that mate. I'll give him a bell tomorrow. Don't want to upgrade, just want the standard disc and caliper as a temporary measure before i upgrade all four corners.

Phil

Here they are...

No idea what they are worth to be honest with you, if you find they fit make me an offer and we can go from there.

The calipers look the same....which is a good sign. What year and model are they off?

Phil they are off my MY00 UK Classic.

Knowing the way Subaru work and the merge of models these could very well fit... I've got bugeye sti headers on mine as an example, a lot of the parts are interchangable without us realising.

Any pictures of your rear set up ?

Hi Phil

I have replied to your PM , yes your brakes are the same as the turbo set up with solid discs , if you get a vented setup these will also fit.

Cheers Ian
