I've sold the Impreza.. With the rising costs of fuel, insurance and road tax, plus the increased mileage from Cardiff to Bridgend and back a good few times a week, it had to go..

And my new car..? A year old Ford S Max 2.0 TDCi Titanium.. Not as exciting but very good all round and fully equipped as well.. fits all the family and the dog, and shopping as well.. and the best bit...? Nearly 600 miles a tank.. Only one problem with it.. it's Silver.

I would post a photo, but you've all seen one I expect.. I'll keep an eye open on the Toby meets as it's just up the road from me now, and see how you guys are doing.. until then, Happy Christmas..!

im Lucky when it comes to running costs.. I live about 2 miles from work so thats nothing too worry about, my misses works for the same firm as me and has a company car, which I can drive whenever.

I don't have any sensible cars
