No one's mentioned the RTA in Cowbridge (A48) on Tuesday.

Details given were Tuesday afternoon, driver from Newport, white Subaru.

Anyone?

 

I saw it on BBC website. Driver killed apparently. I think it said white Subaru but no other details of car.

 

I just want to post quickly on this,

This was Gareth's car (NWS) and the gentleman that has passed away from what I understand was a passenger in the car.

I don't think we should go into to much discussion about this under the circumstances.

hi guys im out of hospital now im not going into any details out of respect for my mates family, just want to say that i
1, wasnt speeding
2. wasnt on my phone
3, wasnt driving stupid

Sad news. Condolences to all concerned. Believe it or not there has been another accident at the same spot this weekend. The water problem across the carriage way needs to be dealt with.

quik post to update ribs still fooking hurting like hell breathing a bit better now too so im on the fix, my heads still all over the place but what can i do !!!
apparently my tyres were not the best and with the amount of water they didnt live up to what they should have........
well i guess i,ll just have to see what mr plod throws at me but at the end of the day im still here, so i realy dont care if they "get" me on the highest charge they can

Glad to hear you're on the mend.. if you'd crashed in Cardiff you'd of had a better response from us as it's where us Vale crews spend our shifts.. the Fire Service don't quite have the work load we do..

 

The Mrs has been trying her hardest to get into Paramedic training, but they are restructuring the whole process at the moment so they are not taking on trainees , well thats what shes been told, a little gutted because she has always wanted to do that job.
