Hi russ - well it wasnt a scooby I'm afraid; as much as my heart wanted one my head ( and wife) said no purely because of the running costs and what i will be using it for; ie carrying all my gear around with me.

I ended up getting a 1 series BM - 120d; not quite a scoob eh?

I have a spot reserved for one when I can afford one as a weekend car ( probably never then!)

 

Never say never, I was like that, always wanted one but I jut couldnt do it, then it just happened, mind you its my weekend car, I have a van for work thats why I can justify owning her.

Let me know how you get on with it Matt, the wife is looking for a new car in the summer and a M sport 320 d is one of the cars on her shopping list.

 

Was the 120d quicker round a track than the Civic Typr R? Got bags more torque too

 

will do kev - i got the 120d m sport, looks great really for that type of thing. think the engines and output are fairly similar. full report in march
