How about coming to see THE WELSH GREYHOUND DERBY.

Couple of us were talking about it the weekend so if you are interested here is a few details..


Racing starts at 7.30 pm at Swansea Greyhound Stadium, Ystrad Rd, Fforestfach, Swansea.

DIRECTIONS

M4 MOTORWAY LEAVE AT JCT 47 [MOTO SERVICES] TAKE THE A483.
ROUNDABOUT TAKE A LEFT,
AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS TURN RIGHT.
NEXT LIGHTS - STRAIGHT ON,
NEXT LIGHTS! STRAIGHT OVER.
TRACK 1/2 MILE ON RIGHT

The Welsh Derby is the biggest race for the welsh tracks and is a good night out. There is a really nice club house of a beer and providing the rain stays off its a great night out.

Plus we have a runner on tomorrow too.

I haven't been to the dogs in ages, I'd love to of gone but it's a bit short notice, something for nice cold night in winter me thinks???? I can then wear my delboy sheep skin coat!!!!!!

Use to have a racing greyhound when I was younger and we use to race in Skewen but ever since then I have never been to a race would love to go again so what about a scooby night at the races

 

It was last night but there is racing every tuesday and saturday in Fforestfach and Tuesdays and thursdays at Ystrad Mynach (the valley).
I used to race at Skewen too, good night there.

The next big race is at Ystrad Mynach and we will probably have a dog in that.
