Default What I did today

The 4 pots were in need of a bit of TLC so treated them to a fresh coat of paint.
Black was always going to be the main colour but what about the lettering
Went for gold in the end what do you think?
My god dont you need a steady hand to paint the lettering

and now

spot on, goes really well with the wheels a blue peter trick for the lettering is to dab a sponge in the paint then press gently on to the calliper - now where did i put my b.p. gold badge

Thanks Guys I painted the backs as well but did not take any pic's
I used a cotton bud to paint the lettering it was very tricky and needed a drink afterwards
Now the wife is looking everywhere for her cotton buds

looks very nice,

I used a small gloss roller on my old calipers when I did them, took about 30 seconds and came up a treat.

Couldn't be arsed to do them again so bought brembo's instead!!!!

I was goner do my rears yesterday but ended up plasterboarding the garage ceiling!!!!!!

started off looking like this

painted the hubs black

painted the caliper gold

Repainted the nuts whilst they were off, turned out quite nice.

Done mine in black hammerite smooth just to get rid of the rusty look for now.

My Spoiler was fitted friday and the splitter yesterday. Today i painted the mesh in my front bumper black again to get rid of all the stone chips and went round the car touching up all the little marks and chips with some paint they gave when i had the bits painted.

Going to give it a good clean tomorrow and then i'll post some pic's up.

Danny i'll have a look at yours to see what the colours like on Thursday.
