I haven't spoken to MBK for quite some time and his post earlier this evening brought memories of the one and only mid-wales run I have attended flooding back to me. So.......
I'm up for a run sometime near the end of July (I'm busy for the next two weekends) so if anyone is interested on either of the following weekends, post your names.
(I've put up the Sunday for each weekend because the roads are quieter
). Exact details of the route will be privately published nearer the time.
Sunday 23rd or 30th July.

Keep 'em coming
I have in mind a spirited drive rather than 'show N shine', although all are welcome of course
Someone who knows a good route would be a good start, I haven't a clue once I get north of the M4

Oh now look what you've gone and done! Just as I was trying to break my addiction, proof indeed that you can check out anytime you like but can never leave!!
Hi Mike - good to hear from you.
I'd be happy to join you - even though I am scoobless - on a MWR if you are ok with other marques joining in. Will have to be in my daily driver if I do come along, the new 'toy' won't have arrived by then.

I have been up around mid wales on a very good blast with the mid-wales scooby's (MWS) and the worcester Japanese Performance Car club. It was a very good day and I know through speaking to them that they would be up for this too.
Alright guys,
The Mid-Wales Scooby's Crew are up for a joint meet if you can get your lot organised.
As Dan said we did our own Mid-Wales Scooby's meet with the WJPC lot in April and what a day we had!!!
Keep me posted on what dates you have in mind.
Cheers,
Richy

Sounds like we have a plan forming.
I'm happy to do 23rd/30th July or 6th August (be good to see you again Mike
).
I'm up for a joint 'do' with teh mid-wales guys aswell, so names on the list who are interested and then we'll confirm the date.

Guys I don't know about you but I think that being the first one for a while we should keep it small, low key and put a list of names up but route and date via PM's?

A good idea the last bit
Don't wish to put a dampener on planned proceedings but remember lots of sunshine, joe and hilda out for a jaunt and fast scoobies, mix they do not. Hence runs usually happen when it's either:
1) snowing
2) piddling down
3) cold
4) pitch black
or all the above. Usually means though that the roads are relatively MT.
All the best.

Early start on the 30th, miss the mayhem. Most of the route will be off the "beaten track" anyway. Too big a group is not manageable and not to discrete either. THINK PLOD!!!!. Rich, a number asked last night so hopefully numbers will go up.
