I was wondering if anyone has tried SWANSEA SUBARU for servicing yet?
I contacted them a few months ago and it took over a month to get a price.
Nice to see more and more Scoobs appearing in Swansea.

A month to get a price. Surely they should be able to do this in an instant .Times for service are laid down by Sub UK so all they have to do is check these.

I would have thought so too, which is why I raised the topic in this forum.
Eventually, after two polite phone calls letting me know I hadn't been forgotten, I got about 6 sheets of photocopied faxes in the post. These were print-outs of standard sevice times and materials. These looked like they'd been sent from another dealer, (possibly Sub UK even) to Swansea.
I thought twice then about whether to go there.
