WRC/MWR MPG

Filled up on the w/e with 240 on the odometer. This is plus 65miles of the WRC mileage. Overall consumption = 20.4mpg; I usually get 22-23 around town.
Figuring that I got approx. 28 to the gallon on the M4 down to our mtg point and 25 on the trip back, the consumption whilst "going for it" must have been about 18mpg.
I'd be interested to hear what the consumption's like for those of you with "tuned" motors?
(Apologies if the above bores the pants off you but I couldn't think of anything else to write about.)
