Question Whats the best GPS radar detector?

Hi guys,

What do you reckon is the best Radar, GPS detector? I am tempted on the Road Angel, but I was just wondering is there anything better out there.

Thanks

I ran a Bel detector for a few years but ended up a bit frustrated at the false alarms in town due to auto doors etc and forward facing cameras and specs etc.

I decided on the Road Angel myself about 6 months ago and have top say it's really good and accurate. Easy to update on the net with all the new sites etc and clearing all the old sites.

I do sometimes get a false alarm on the laser detector from strong telephone aerials.

Other than that though a fine piece of kit.

Steve.

Thanks for all the info, although I am now more uncertain of what to buy after looking around and finding this comparison table.

it appears the Snooper S6R-Neo will detect most things, anybody know anything about this unit?

Thanks

My cousin has an sr6 neo is very pleased, saved him many times, although it was outwitted by a laser van just becuase laser is line of sight, so it went off and he slammed on but couldnt break in time!..

Guy in general saying hes found one on costco for 293 quid i think which sounds v reasonable,
