after having a bloody anoying metal on metal noise coming from the front n/s
about 2mths after fitting my lowering springs,

the garage put it down to the spring not being sat right,,,,

so i just spent an hour clamping the spring and moving the housing plate to find its still making the noise and it wasnt that it wasnt in the right plate

it seams to be the black rubber that sits inbetween the spring/housing plate
has worn through were it wasnt located right when fitted

bloody hell hope i get an A for that MR,teacher lol
