Want some OEM flaps but where is Subaru Cardiff?

I want to get some Subaru mudflaps to pinch the fixings to make some home made flaps but don't know the tel no. or where Subaru in Cardiff is.
I live in Haverfordwest but our MD is based in Cardiff and I'm sure I could ask him to pick them up for me.
