Rumney Police Station, Cardiff drove past on Saturday and that mobile camera unit van is parked outside (in the inside lane) and the operative (PC T Watt)is doing his bizness, as they say. Obviously the recent bad publicity (photo in daily mail) has not pricked this pr1ck's conscience. What will they think of/do next I wonder.
