having contacted the proposed campsite for my weekendstay, it looks like they're fully booked ...

so i aint going to be at that venue.

As for a meet, im certainly still up for that .... but do we have any other suggestions...for location??

i will still be in the Snowdonia area, so i can get to any proposed venue.

As the campsite is fully booked, the attached drinking venue may end up being busy also.

Looking now for new ideas for Plan B ..

Anyone know of any good obscure campsites that i could try ..?? A5 Capel C' is now looking as my next option ..?

 

Was there a few days ago, well A5 anyhow. The road here leads to a campsite, and it wasnt very full when I was there! About 5min drive from Bethesda and 10min drive from Plas Brenin outdoor centre.
There are a few pubs/rest/bistros in Betws Y Coed and Beddgelert which are one hell of a drive for fun.

no problem, i think we should still meet at parc menai and then spin over to wherever you are staying etc, i am sure we can find somewhere to have a drink/food up there. text me with the details (will e-mail phone number now)when you get them.

Cant remember the A5 looking as good as that road above.... maybe there are 2 A5's ....
