Directions for you.... This should be the more straight forward way.

Come off at Jct 28, on the roundabout take 4th ext off towards Tredegar House, next jct straight accross (A48), next roundabout straight across (A 48 / Castleton / Marsh Field ), up the road for about 1 or 2 mile and on your left hand side is the Coach and Horse's.

If your not confirdent on the 2nd roundabout take 3rd ext for Cleppa Park and we will meet ya there. Let us know if you wish us to do that.
