The trick three bolt uppipe for use with the GT2 Spec type headers (which I also sell), has been such a success, that I have now designed a trick 2 bolt uppipe for use with the original GT Spec type header sets with 2 bolt flange and 100 mm hole centres and collector diameter exit of 58-60mm.
The trick three bolt reduces spool to 1 bar by 250-500 rpm and some users have reported more. Just ask anyone with this combination and listen to what they have to say. The trick 2 bolt upipe is making similar gains.
Also because the uppipes are slip jointed there is less likelyhood of blowing gaskets, a common problem or cracking the weld on the headers.
If you have two bolt flange tubular headers with 100 mm hole centres on the flange and 58-60mm diameter to the uppipe, the trick 2 bolt is the uppipe for you, bar none.
The gains from the trick uppipes are such that you require a remap as, at least you need a lot more fuel in the earlier spool area that you could not previously reach.
Also available are six purpose designed, performance uppipes, stainless steel, slip jointed uppipes for use with the standard Subaru header sets and other aftermarket headers. Each uppipe is chosen to match the turbo in use, hence the good gains which are sometimes quite startling.
All uppipes are supplied with five new Subaru studs and DEI heat wrapped.
Trick uppipes £155 plus postage.
Purpose designed uppipes £145 plus delivery.
Add £5.50 if you want a boss for heat sensor (standard Subaru) or for adaptation to EGT probe. (M12 x 1.25 pitch.)
Next day delivery £12.50
