Hi Shaun,

On your car they would give you a 40mm drop on the front and a 25mm drop on the rear.

Off the top of my head, I believe the P1 springs give your car between a 10mm to 15mm drop, that is purely off the top of my head though. The Tein S Tech springs like I have fitted on my V4 give a 35mm drop, here's some pics of my car with Teins fitted on standard shocks, I've been running them for three years now.

Thanks

Can you find out for certain if they will be stiffer and lower?

I've had a double check and I was wrong in terms of the ride height on the Tein's
It's a 30mm drop at the rear and 28mm drop at the front.

I haven't been able to find the spec of the P1 springs for comparison I'm afraid

I am currently running prodrive springs on my hawkeye sti which have lowered it a bit from the standard springs but I want to go lower still. Will the teins be lower? Thanks. Steve
