Good question. I've always known them as the up rated Pink box organic kits, with the Blue box being the standard replacement kits.
But just looked at the Exedy web site, to see how they describe them, which is a little confusing http://exedy.co.uk/index.php?main_pa...my_page=sports
They list the parts under both Stage 1, and stage two, so at the very least, they will be stage 1.
The 5 speed kit is made up from the heavy duty FC04T cover, and FD08H1 anti judder organic disc.
The 6 speed kit is made up from the heavy duty FC12T cover, and FD12H1 anti judder organic disc.
They both use the same release bearing.

240mm Pink box should just about cope with that, but you'll need to make sure it's bedded in properly.
This is so long as it stays a 2.0lt, and you don't increase the torque by too much. Otherwise, I'd be suggesting the twin plate, but it's a big jump in cost.
