Default 294mm Grooved discs painted centres and EBC bluestuff NDX pads £199

Carrying on from the last group buy we did on our 294mm discs as fitted to all Impreza's with the Subaru 4 pot calipers , we have paired them up with the very well reviewed new Bluestuff pads which I have had on test for the last 3 months and cannot fault them .

We are offering our discs which will also be offered with black painted centres , and the bluestuff pads for £199 , I couldn't change the heading , but due to an increase in raw materials , an increase on the price of the pads , and the VAT going up , delivery is £12.50 on top

We have plenty of stock having just received a large delivery of pads , and as always have plenty of discs , these are available on a next day delivery

All our discs come with a 12 month guarantee against warping even if you do track days

Our grooved discs have 6 curved grooves per face , the grooves dispurse the gases given off the by the pads when driving hard , and will deglaze the pads , and clear any debris from the pad surface , we do not offer drilled discs as these are too unrealiable for performance discs as all makes of drilled discs have a tendancy to crack around the holes

You can see in this picture where the drilling has caused a weak point and has cracked straight through the hole

Here is a picture of some Godspeed discs fitted to tyron's car while putting the Bluestuff pads through there paces

With a review here

https://www.scoobynet.com/group-buys...-on-a4069.html

All our discs and pads are a direct replacement for the standard discs and pads

we are offering the centre of the discs sprayed black as per original factory fitted discs to stop the centres going rusty once fitted , we had a few people mention about the bell of the discs going rusty which unfortunately will happen , some on the last group buy painted them themselves , we normally offer this as an option for £10 , but this group buy we are offering the discs sprayed in with the price

We can take card payments over the phone , paypal , cheques or online bank transfer , all items are in stock for a next day delivery , and we will email you the full tracking details once its packed ready to go so you can track it on its overnight delivery to you

P&P is included in the price

All our discs come with a 12 month guarantee against warping even if you do track days

No minimum numbers and we have them in stock for next day delivery , collection , can also fit them as we have full garage facilities

Ian, would it be possible to get these discs with Yellowstuff pads? Asking because I don't really need Bluestuff cause I am not doing track events, possibly one max two times a year. If not, are Kevlar ones enough good for occassionaly track days (as I said max twice a year)? Thank You

Hi
No the kevlar pads are not really suitable for track use , the yellowstuff pads are just under £20 cheaper , so could offer you the discs and pads at £179 plus £12.50 P&P.
For the extra £10 though , I would go for the NDX bluestuff, especially if you are going to do track days

Cheers Ian

Ian,

Need to order a set of rears from you ideally with DS2500 pads to match the AP 330mm kit of yours I have on the front, unless you think the Bluestuff are as good?

Hi
You could fit either pad , the NDX are better in my opinion , and are half the price of the DS2500's ! these are over £140 a set , the NDX are £76.57 , as your running the AP front kit , I would go fr the NDX's

Hi Ian,

Im astonished with the severity if the cracking on the drilled discs, thats shocking and looks bloody dangerous

Anyway back on subject:
Im intereted in the front kit please, secondly do you also offer anything for the rears in a simular set up?, thirdly do you recommend any specific DIY paint kit for paiting the calipers?

Last year I had full set of brembos that were reconditioned by yourselves that was done to a very high standard in a Silk black type finish If I could replicate this I would be very happy .

Is this offer still on? What are the disadvantages of the blue pads? Are they OK for normal driving too?

Yes this offer is still on , the blue pads are a very capable pad , a few have found the limits on the track with the WRX set up , but for anything up to very hard road use , I don't think they can be beaten , we have used them on the track inan EVO 7 and couldn't fade them at Castle coombe.

Cheers Ian
