We our proud to announce that scoobyclinic are now the UK Distributor for HOTBITS sport suspension systems, after years of real world race R&D we have found the Hotbits range to be superb for both race and fast road applications. OUR COMPANY
Established in 1997, Hot Bits is today a leading specialist manufacturer of high-quality
shock absorbers and coil-over suspension systems and related components.
UNIQUELY TUNEABLE & SERVICEABLE
Hot Bits shock absorbers and suspension systems are based on the superior characteristics of the mono-tube gas pressure shock absorber. What is unique about Hot Bits is that our products are fully serviceable and tune-able and this service is available in all the markets that we sell our products in. Our shock absorbers can also be fully rebuilt when necessary, so it could last the lifetime of the vehicle itself.
While one could say that products built for the highest level of motor sports are also tune-able and serviceable, this is something that we have made available for a huge range of production vehicles ranging from passenger cars, SUVs and 4X4 vehicles. Importantly, we have done so at a price that is highly competitive with lesser offerings in the aftermarket category.
A GLOBAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT NETWORK
Our position in the industry is unique in that we have created a network of enthusiastic specialist partners that provide us with research & development information and vital product support services.
This network of partners has enabled us to develop a considerable product range and acquire an expansive database over a relatively short period of time. More significantly our partners are fully skilled abd equipped to provide full tuning,servicing and rebuilding services.
IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
Unlikely many aftermarket shock absorber brands, who farm out production to large OEM manufacturers, we remain a true manufacturer. Our facility boasts CAD/CAM & CNC equipment, a shock dynamometer and other test equipment to ensure that each Hot Bits shock absorber and suspension product that leaves our production facility is of the highest quality.
We pioneered the application of the fixed external canister on high-pressure mono-tube shock design. This gives the shock extra damping oil capacity and allows optimum gas chamber volume for improved suspension stroke.
Our coil springs are manufactured by qualified professional spring manufacturers. These springs are cold wound to our exacting specifications and tolerances for long life and consistent performance.
CUSTOM DESIGN & BESPOKE PRODUCTION
While we are not at liberty to disclose names, we custom-produce suspension products for several leading tuners and customizers in Europe, Japan and Australia
