Default No Longer Trading on eBay

As of this morning our eBay account was suspended so we will not be trading on the site for a while, if you wish to buy from us you'll have to come direct on our website which means you get the same product but for cheaper

For those wondering why we got suspended its because people who buy some of our items dont read the descriptions. You all know our parts are made to order, this is made clear on our terms and conditions which are on every advert. eBay was no exception however in the past year 4 people have taken it upon themselves to assume we post things out next day and when they find out we dont then a dispute goes in and we get negative feedback. eBay being the great company they are wont listen to our side of the story and have banned us permanently.

I am looking into advertising via Google and Amazon at the moment but anyone wanting anything please contact me direct or order from the website.

Also we are in the process of having an upgrade to the website, before it only catered for UK ordering but now we are implementing worldwide ordering. This will take time so please contact us if you are outside of the UK and would like to order anything.

So to sum it all up, eBay

If your terms and conditions are in every listing the eBay Complains will see that.
So a bit odd if you ask me.

Made to order is not really suited to Ebay buyers. Surely popular items could be in stock. Ebay suspended accounts are usually more serious than negative feedback. It is a buyers marketplace and you have to be sharp on dispatch to be successful.

They arent bothered about my terms and conditions I have explained myself over and over but they dont understand how long it takes to make things sometimes. I may go back on in a few weeks and list only the items we can manufacture in a short time.

its all a con anyway, got someone who wanted a refund the other day which I said I'd do, he sent the item back with no tracking and ebay refunded him. Luckily I got the bits back but if he had tried to scam me he would have got the product and refund.

Its a flawed system but its the best marketing place on the internet at the moment

Yes mate they wont have it, most of them are arseholes TBH who blame me for their wrong. But as always eBay doesnt see that and favors the buyer.

I have had this for years, I must have lost over 5k in business from eBay's policies where buyers have claimed not to get a product and although I can track it they still refund them. Its a joke.

I will end up opening another account but I'll only keep limited stock on there and I'll make some slideshows in the ads of other products so people know we do other bits but they have to come direct.

My Prestashop account links into eBay, good little bits of software Shopify and Prestashop
