CCC = Cars and Car Conversions, they're the lot that are hosting the day, not like a conventional trackday, because you pay for laps you do, I think it's £20 for five laps, at least it is normally.

Sounds good, dont really wanna do more than 5 laps anyway, that should be enough to get the feel for it, then at least I should have some tread and pads left afterwards.
Hoping for rain really, much more fun to chuck the car about in the wet when your on a track than public roads
My m8's a mechanic and bought a scabby old mot reject Golf GTi to chuck about, should be great fun.
