Just to remind everyone that the "Scooby Shootout" is only a couple of weeks away, on Sunday 20th September.
Elvington Aerodrome,
Halifax Way, Elvington,
York,
YO41 4AU
There will be a drag racing, and a handling circuit, with cars grouped so everyone has a chance of winning a prize
To make life as easy as possible, payment is at the gate on the day.
The cost for taking part in the Scooby Shootout is £50.00, spectators £10.00, & no charge for children.
This is for the use of both the handling circuit, and the drag strip.
So come along, it's going to be a fantastic fun day
This is in no way related to Scooby Sprint, I have no connections to anyone involved, and if this gets locked or vaped, I'll be sorely disappointed with the powers that be on SN.
Oh, and it's a copy and paste.

To avoid the confusion being caused by this event being on the same day as the official ScoobyLive event :
Keep an eye on Scooby Sprint Championship, or feel free to post in the forums there, or in the official ScoobyLive forum right here on scoobynet.
FULL details to follow, very shortly, and any questions you ask in either of these forums are always answered in a timely manner

I see you're talking to me now you think you can use me again.
I presume this means you think I'm deleting your posts. I don't own scoobynet anymore, but I think you're just advertising without permission, which is probably why your posts are being deleted.
I on the other hand - even though I actually owned this site and ran it for 10 years, have invested a lot of money throughout this year to support the events we were supposed to have partnered in. Hence, I'm allowed to advertise.
Why would I be frightened of a RWYB drag and handling race open to any type of car? I see across the net you've been touting the event to anyone who will listen, regardless of what car they drive.
The people who are signing up daily to come to ScoobyLive (we've had another 11 entries over the weekend) are Scooby people, who want to come to a scooby event.
So I don't see how the events compete with each other.
As I said by text message, which you still haven't replied to. I genuinely wish you all the best with your event, and for the future. But I'm focussing on running a great Scooby event now, in order to ensure that all my friends that I've made over the last 10 years have a great day out that isn't spoiled and diluted just because someone thought they could get more entries if they opened it up to all and sundry, for a cheaper cash price.
There's an advert for your event on here at the top of this thread which has not been removed, so I assume ScoobyNet are happy with it. You're not offering a specialist Subaru event, so why don't you just leave it at that, and stop taking advantage of this community by attempting to post free adverts, when the rest of us support the community by paying for them.
Genuinely good luck for the future, but let's drop the silliness now and go about running some great events - just never again as partners.
PS. It might be worth being a bit more honest in the way you present it though. On all other sites you're saying "it happening on the same day as the scooby shootout", and yet on the scooby sites you're saying nothing about the RWYB part, which comes across like you're trying to fool the scooby guys into thinking its a scooby event and could only cause disappointment when they turn up and its a general all-types-of-cars event.

Regardless of whether or not Simon is afraid of your event, the fact remains he has paid a lot of money to advertise his own event on this forum and you have not which I personally explained to you by PM at weekend. That is why the web team are removing your posts as they are simply seen as unauthorised advertisers posts as far as we are concerned. (The opening poster is not affiliated with the event to our knowledge and is just offering info to the community so this has been left)
As mentioned in PM (Which incidentally you chose not to reply to) I have no interest in the involved parties using my forum as a vehicle to create a public slanging match over this issue and I am simply protecting the interests of an valued advertiser who pays a very substantial sum of money to advertise his event on this forum. Where his event is actually held is of no interest to me as forum administrator and I hope that readers of this topic can see that Scoobynet is not affiliated with either party in any way and we just wish both of the events well as they are both of great interest to the community here and it is a real shame to see the organisers fall out in such a public way at the 11th hour.
I'm closing this one here and sincerely hope you guys can work this out on the telephone.
