Anyone heading up to Anglesey on saturday for the bookatrack day ?

I cant believe I booked this, it was a good idea at the time but it's soooo bloody far from London. :0

Anyway - i'm going to head up on friday evening (probably take me 12 hours); any recommendations of places to stay near the track that dont mind you turning up late, leaving early and parking a great big trailer which a rather tatty 205 on it outside ?

 

you could try Rob king (contact through website xr4x4.co.uk) for useful contacts - he's taken his XR4 there a few times I think.

- were you at Donington recently (Sun Feb 10)? (I was in the tatty white sierra)

we're off to Cadwell on the 22nd March with MLR - don't know if there's any places left but if you're planning another long trip from London, Cadwell is well worth it

yep, i was at donno on the 10th

six and half hours up to anglesey on a friday evening, and a couple of the water hoses blow a few hours in to the day.

its a great track, though next time i'll probably try to do a couple of days back to back to make the trip worth while.

cant do that date for cadwell, though its on the list to do
