Especially as it's in East Mersea and the tides are VERY high for the whole of the weekend it's on. Which means all them lovely Jap motors not even being able to get there as the strood will be flooded
Prepare to sit and wait for it to go down. Otherwise it's salt water and it'll **** your car

Just got back and its the worst one ive ever been too.
10 if that trade stands and the standard of cars was crap.
Only good point was the weather and a few birds.
Im sure the location has put people off tbh.
Nice to see no scoobys at the show, which means they are all at the McRae day doing us proud

Totally agree. We turned up on the Friday night, only to be told that the map was wrong and to ignore it. When we asked where our club stand was, the reply was "No idea - just find a spot".
Trade stands were rubbish, either selling cheap car trinklets or poorly-made carbon fibre...not to mention the obligatory rail of dirty 'Cruising 4 *****' t-shirts that get dragged out show after show.
However, I was impressed with the security setup there; regular patrols of licensed security staff put people at ease.
Ultimately, a disorganised shadow of former JAEs, with tiny stands of cars cramped together, and no overall atmosphere.

worst car show, by a mile, ive ever been to. me and my mate went on the sunday, paid £15 each and stayed 45 minutes. the venue was unsuitable, the stands were poor, i couldnt wait to leave, it was embarrassing.
shame on the con merchants who charged top money for such a poor show. *****!
