Yes it's a great Track 
but no not going 
my T20 a tad too loud
BTW you'll be aware Bedford on quite days is one of the tightest on noise
No problems with UK cars and PPP etc but any other exhaust mods will be very close to the limit.
They normally open up thursday or friday to do free noise test if you ask
