Free instruction (Grade-A ARDS intructors)
Free Tea and Coffee, and biscuits (no choccy ones 'cos fat me will be eating them ALL)

Usually custard creams, rich tea and digestives. I tend to eat the bourbons first

Had an excellent day at Oulton today with track-action, even though I got there late and melted my stoppers
