Thumbs up

In case anyone else has the same and is going to Bedford on the 7th, the static reading was 87 and the drive by was 81.something.

Was told will have no problems on the day.

When driving up spotted a nice R34 heading out, the sound people commented that it had to be pulled off the track as soon as it got on it due to the noise regs...it was meant to be running somewhere close to 400bhp...

The two guys who did the test today seemed very friendly and proffesional and said they were hoping that the 7th goes OK with no problems.

They also said that their aim was to try and standardise noise regs across the various circuits that Palmersport now owns, so that in theory once you have been tested OK at once circuit, you should be OK to go to another Palmersport circuit without any problems, difficulty being getting agreement with the various councils.

Can't wait for a week on Saturday!

Thats was Steve.
Its 450ish and he stumped up for a different HKS system that you can fit a bung in....and its still too loud!!!!
He`s well pi55ed off I can tell you.
He`s gonna take his Scoob now insted but the Skyline is intended for track work!!!!!
Nice to know the PPP backbox is ok as I was a little worried myself.
The Firestorm is coming off!!!

Arron,

Was going to post a 'was it you' thread on the off chance that the Skyline driver may have seen it - love the R34, BTW...I was in the Black WRX that passed you going the other way.

Yeah, PPP was no problem...now if I can only get my tyre choice right...

See you on the 7th!

So he'll be there on the 7th?

Don't think I'll have much luck in keeping up!
