No helmet, even if going over 100mph, it does say that in the rules somewhere but they do not enforce it.

& a motorbike shop is best bet for a helmet i guess, i'm guna get one at sum point for my track fun & games next year when car arrives

so was looking at local bike shops online last night....

All though I'm wearing my fighter pilot's lid just cos it looks good
