F1 tyre testing dates @ Silverstone

I know its F1 tyre testing is @ Silverstone 16-18 September, but can't make this and I can't find the dates on octagon motorsports website 
... can anyone please tell me if they are comning again this year, I seem to think they are back 30/9 - 2/10 ....

Do they charge to watch this? I was under the impression that as from last year when F1 cars were testing, that they would charge you to get in
