Update

We have managed to book a stand for 21 cars at Santa Pod. All 21 of these cars will require a yellow pass ticket of which I have 4 spare to be given out on first come basis.
Due to safety reasons Santa pod has restricted car movement to and from the stand to the following times.

Before 10.30am,
mid day for 1 hour
4pm.

Therefore if you wish to park on the stand please arrive before 10.30am or at lunch.
There will be more spaces during the day due to cars being run on the track so additional spaces will be available in the morning and afternoon.


Convoy

At the Coventry area meet at Baginton it was agreed that a meeting point on route and early start to get there for 10am was the best for 90% of the people.

Meet up time 8.30am
Move out time 8.45am
Meeting place M6 Junction 1, just north of rugby

At pub located 400M south of the junction in a new housing estate Just before Home FM on map

Some of you might remember this place from a previous meet .
