I did edit my orig post to say Sunday!

Will try and alter my weekends around so I can make Sat as well if its gonna help.

I have taken on the task of organising a diplay area at this years Japanese Performance Show, Notts.

Cars are required for the stand!!

All the Japanese car clubs will be attending, the organiser estimates about 400 show cars in total.
There will be some trade stands, but I am waiting for further details to arrive in the post, so will update this thread later.

The details are: June 22nd & 23rd (It's a weekend event)
Thorsbry Park, Notts.
Price: £6 per person for the weekend.
It's still £6 even if you only attend 1 day.
And you pay on the door. (No cheques required this time, thank god!!)

If you would like to attend, please post below, with the day or days you wish to attend, so I can get a rough figure on how many people there will be to give to the organisers of the event.

UPDATE:

Japanese Auto & Performance Show,
Thoresby Park, Nr Ollerton, Notts.

As well as all the known Japanese car club stands, Mitsubishi, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, etc, there will also be club stands from Japanese Performance bikes this year.
As well as trade stands, there is also Concours Awards, for all cars present over the weekend.

CAMPING: camping is available for £5 for tent/caravan/motorhome, this is for the weekend or part weekend.

Saturday: Traders and Club display cars can arrive from 7am, the show is open to the public at 10am.

Sunday: As Saturday.

Pity, the Dukeries rally in Mansfield is on the 22nd so i cant attend. I am darn sarth Sunday.
