We have done a prototype air lift system for the MeisterR coilovers.
But it is only design to lift the car about 40mm or so just to get over speed bumps.
If you want to move up or down, air springs is an option.
But I personally do not like them because it is pretty much impossible to "tune" a suspension when it has a user variable springs rate (what air springs is).
Depends on what you want... for performance base suspension I will stick with coil springs any day, but that is my opinion.
