I have some on my MX5. Noisy (i.e. they make monkey noises at low speeds, probably quite easily remedied), crashy ride, and the lower the ride height the less the suspension travel, so ride quality suffered. Are they better than 'proper' legit coilovers Ive had in the past? No, are they better than the leaking OEM shocks they replaced for the MOT? 100% yes. I'm not sure I'd have them on a heavier/higher performance/more valuable car.

You need to decide what you want to do. If you want to lower it, Id look out for second hand coilovers, regular calls to breakers etc. If you want better suspension performance look elsewhere. I wouldn't say steer clear if you know what you're getting into, but dont expect it to be as good as standard, or as good as proper coilovers.

If you have camber adjustable top mount, don't use camber bolt.
I got a few Civic that had similar issue and the camber went all over the place with the MeisterR Coilovers.

You may use camber bolt in the rear as most don't have camber adjustment.
But I highly suggest not using a camber bolt in the front if you have pillowball top mount.
